Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the bike in its original factory box with all components, including the battery, charger, keys, and toolkit, ensuring it is padded for transit.

Shipment and Tracking

Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
